Arms - Christina Perri

I hope that you see right through my walls

I hope that you catch me, ‘cause I’m already falling

I’ll never let a love get so close

You put your arms around me and I’m home

Crackfic.Pairing: Rachel Berry/That Guy

You see That Guy standing on the left of Rachel Berry? Funny story about him. The funniest part is that he hates stamps. Despises them. He finds them unbelievably dull and can’t imagine how anyone could possibly spend hours staring at the tiny pieces of paper. And yet, there he is, in that stamp collector club, holding the goddamn trophy, for fuck’s sake.

There is really only one reason he’s in that goddamn club.
The reason is Rachel Berry.

He’d have thought she could love him back. They were both outcasts, they both had dreams for getting out of Lima (he planned on being a pilot), and they both did things they didn’t really enjoy in order to get something else. Case in point, Rachel Berry in the stamp collector club for the yearbook pictures, and That Guy in the stamp collector club for… Rachel Berry.
He’d joined the club when he heard she’d joined the club. He hoped maybe she’d finally notice him. He might’ve been higher on that damn high school heirarchy ladder, but he was definitely less sought out. He was, for one, tall enough and cold-looking enough that the bullies left him alone. Unfortunately, he’d kept such a low profile that he hardly had any friends, nor did he feel the need to find many, but it also meant he had no idea how to approach the vibrant, enthusiastic Rachel Berry.
So he didn’t.
By the time he’d mustered enough courage to write her a sweet poem asking her for a date, and enough information about her to make a mix CD of the songs from some musicals he thought she might like, it was too late. She was, by that time, proclaiming her love for Finn Hudson from the treetops.
No one ever found out his name…

Gah, I know what you mean! It's all the same things except for the Disney thing, I like the classic fairytales from Anderson :)

Okay, then we're in the same boat :)

No no! Next Thursday! Lol. Did I make that unclear, sorry -_- The mentor for the trip gave us a nice message, telling us not to miss curfew, or else we'll have to go shopping with him...at all the boring stores. Haha.

And...IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D
Did you have fun? :)

I LOVE BOLLYWOOD, HAHA.

Aw, your mentor sounds cute! :3

THANK YOUUUUUUU! It wasn’t perfect, and it definitely had sore spots, aka me only getting barely 7 hours of sleep and having this weird pain in my right calf, but overall it was seriously great and lovely :). <3
